P.A.R. Timber  (Planed All Round)

We keep a range of P.A.R. timber in stock. The timber grade is generally 4th / 5th Redwood, which is ideal for floor boards and other simple joinery such as shelving, window boards, fascia boards etc. The sizes listed are nominal sizes i.e. timber size before it is planed. Pressure treatment is available for outdoor applications, this usually takes 4 - 5 days and adds around 10% to the cost. Please note that the timber will swell slightly when pressure treated and will then gradually shrink back as it dries, you may need allow enough time to let it dry thoroughly before use to avoid shrinkage related problems.

Planed timber very often comes in truck bundled packs (a mix of lengths in one pack), therefore we aren't able to say what lengths we have in stock from one week to the next. However the sizes below show typical lengths stocked, please contact us for an up to date list of stock lengths. If you need a large quantity of a particular length then we can produce it to order.
