Sawdust / Shavings

Sawdust is a coproduct of sawing timber. Each of our saws have a dust collection pit underneath it with an extraction pipe at the bottom. The majority of the sawdust is extraced into a trailer and is then taken to a local farm where it is used as animal bedding.

Shavings are a coproduct of planing timber, we don't do a huge amount of planing, but the shavings we produce are bagged up and sold, usually used for animal bedding.
